Okonomiyaki is a savory pancake made with a variety of ingredients, and this time you will learn how to make Okonomiyaki with pork belly. And Stir-Fried Pork with Miso is an easy pork dish with traditional fermented soybeans. At the end of this lesson, 5 different kinds of Shochu tasting is available.
