  • Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments or with wheelchairs, or strollers.

  • Strikes can be common in Paris. We make every effort to contact you prior to your tour if a strike will affect your tour. For last-minute strikes, modifications or cancellations may be communicated at the meeting point.

  • The Eiffel Tower ticket included does not allow access to the summit. You may add this access on your own at the main ticket desk on the day of your visit.

  • This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.

  • This tour meets 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.

  • Security measures are enforced to enter the Eiffel Tower. Only small handbags and backpacks are allowed inside. No item larger than 55 x 35 x 20 cm will be allowed.

  • The Eiffel Tower is subject to closures due to strikes. If time permits, we will reach out to you prior to your tour. For last-minute closures, cancellations may be communicated at the meeting point.

  • To ensure the safety of visitors, French authorities enforce security measures upon entry to the Eiffel Tower. Suitcases, luggage, and larger bags are not allowed inside. Only bags smaller than 55 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm are permitted, as well as small amounts of drink and food in non-glass recipients. Please accept our apologies for any delay or inconvenience caused by extra security checks.

  • Photography is allowed. No selfie sticks.

  • It is not allowed to bring and use rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, overboards, or any other large rolling object (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility).

  • On crowded days at the Eiffel Tower, your skip the line ticket may require a short wait due to maximum capacity.

  • Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.

  • Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments or with wheelchairs, or strollers.

Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations received greater than 24 hours prior to tour commencement are fully refundable. Cancellations received within 24 hours of tour commencement are nonrefundable. Amendment requests are subject to availability and price changes. Late arrivals and no shows are nonrefundable. This is applicable to any tour participant that fails to arrive, or arrives after tour departure.
