It is imperative to arrive promptly at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.

Cancellation Policy

On tours canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, we are happy to offer our customers a credit voucher for the full value of the tour. Tours cannot be canceled with less than 24 hours notice. We are unable to provide compensation for cancelations with the 24 hour window prior to your tour departure, nor can tour dates or times be amended. Bookings made with the 24 hour window are final.
Redemption information
• Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure.
• Our City Wonders guides will have a City Wonders sign with the name of the tour at the meeting point for easy recognition.
• This tour involves a fair amount of walking and stairs; comfortable shoes are recommended.
• Please note that the lift is only available to ascend to the top of the tower, for the descent you will have to use the stairs.
• The visit to the tower is not suitable for people who suffer from vertigo, and for safety reasons, towers are not accessible to children under 6 years old.
• Unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours.
• Entrance into the Sagrada Familia requires a strict dress code. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women.
• Only small bags are allowed on this tour.
• We do not recommend this tour for customers with health conditions and recommend comfortable shoes for all guests.
• The organization reserves the right to alter itineraries or close off areas of the basilica for reasons of safety, restoration, maintenance, adverse weather conditions or occasional events.
• Please note that we cannot guarantee which of the two Towers will be visited on the day of the tour.
