Cancellation Policy

On tours canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, we are happy to offer our customers a credit voucher for the full value of the tour. Tours cannot be canceled with less than 24 hours notice. We are unable to provide compensation for cancelations with the 24 hour window prior to your tour departure, nor can tour dates or times be amended. Bookings made with the 24 hour window are final.
Redemption information
• It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure.
• Our City Wonders guides will have a City Wonders sign with the name of the tour at the meeting point for easy recognition.
• We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours.
• Entrance into the Sagrada Familia requires a strict dress code. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. City Wonders cannot be held responsible for refused entry due to improper dress.
• Please note that large bags/tripods/umbrellas/backpacks are not permitted and must be checked into the free luggage storage area. Only very small bags are allowed.
• The organization reserves the right to alter itineraries or close off areas of the basilica for reasons of safety, restoration, maintenance, adverse weather conditions or occasional events.
• We will do everything within our power to ensure timings and itineraries are respected; however, due to issues beyond our control, timings and sites are subject to last minute changes on rare occasions.
