Qoornoq Island Tour

BOAT EXCURSION

The settlements of Greenland are often referred to as the backbone of the Greenlandic culture.

This tour will take us to the abandoned settlement of Qoornoq where you get of the boat and get to explore the area with one hour in the settlement. This old settlement is now used as summer getaway for local citizens of the Greenlandic capital, Nuuk.

After the walk we will get back in the boat and continue the tour around the island.

On the way it is possible to see icebergs, whales, seals and even white tipped eagles.
