Luigi opens the doors of his restaurant "Osteria Reale" to all those who wish to learn the basics and techniques of preparing pizza.
During the lesson of the pizza course you will discover together the techniques of dough, the drafting and cooking in the wood oven. Then he will teach you to choose the ingredients, to treat them correctly, teaching you the basic techniques and ways of preparing various types of pizzas.
You will not simply be supervised by a professional pizza chef, but you will understand the importance of every single step in the preparation by performing all the steps in person, so that you can replicate, comfortably at home, pizzas capable of surprising friends, family and guests with taste.
