The Cooking Pizza is divided into 3 hours, a first theoretical part where we will talk about the history of the Tramonti pizza, from its origins to the present day, about the dough techniques and the use of quality raw materials. A second part where hands in dough will be made a real dough with the transformation and cooking of the loaves that will be seasoned as desired with the typical products of Tramonti. The tasting part includes: entre, with local products prepared by Chef Pamela, tasty cheeses and artisan cured meats. ù The tasting itinerary continues with the tasting of the pizzas you created together with Master Pizzaiolo Francesco and the final dessert. ALL AT THE TABLE ....
