Start by seeing and visit old windmills, some still working like the old days and learn about the most curious facts of nature and man's occupation of this mountain.
At the end of this wonderful sightseeing trail you’ll have the opportunity to taste some wines, among the best produced in the Region. The famous cheese, the bread from the visited windmill and some other goodies will join us on the caves of this fantastic cellar.
To gain lost energy from the hike, have a lovely portuguese lunch in the Village of Palmela.
After lunch follow to a stone walled cellar, the only place where a secret liquor with hundreds of years is still made.
