Leaving from the valley with an ascendance until the geodesic mark of Pincaro, where the tallest limestone steep of continental Europe arises 381m (1250 ft.), this course allows the observation of amazing landscapes. 

The southern side of the mountain where the coast waters of the Atlantic come to a fabulous turquoise blue, supporting a variety of marine species, such as the recently saved population of bottlenose dolphin from the Sado river (Tursíops truncatos), offers a fulfilling sight for anyone’s soul.

Try some fresh fish or a typical Caldeirada at this restaurant situated in the middle of the Natural Park of Arrábida. Get some help from the guide to choose from the menu and enjoy a flavourful meal in this humble place.

In one of the valleys of Arrábida stands a winery where the wine is made with extra care for the surrounding nature. Learn how to make wine and be friends with nature and try the estate wine with some bread and local cheese.

You’ll have the opportunity to join our guide and visit amazing landscapes of the Risco valley and forest in a 3h hike. The climb is until a geodesic landmark standing at 380m above the ocean, in a trail of medium difficulty.

Lunch is served in a familiar restaurant nearby, where the humble Portuguese food is prepared with all the love they have to give.

Visit a winery of old traditions and get to taste some estate wines.
