All online bookings for pontoon rentals are non-refundable and non-cancellable. For PONTOON rental bookings made over the phone or in person you must call greater than 24 hours prior to reservation time for cancellations and reservation modifications. No shows for all activities are subject to the full cost of the reservation. If you have additional questions please contact our staff at 410-213-2386.
We go out rain or shine! In the rare case that we have to cancel due to inclement weather, our staff will contact you asap and offer to reschedule or refund your booking.
