Cancellation Cutoff: 24 hours
Cancellation Notes: All online bookings for the Safari tour are non-refundable and non-cancellable. For SAFARI tour bookings made over the phone or in person we allow for cancellations up to two hours prior to your reservation time. We require two hours notice or more for SAFARI reservation modifications, each booking may only reschedule once. No shows for all activities are subject to the full cost of the reservation. If you have additional questions please contact our staff at 410-213-2386. We go out rain or shine! In the rare case that we have to cancel due to inclement weather, our staff will contact you asap and offer to reschedule or refund your booking.
