- This is a PUBLIC reservation unless you choose the Private Charter option. If you choose to purchase per person, there is the real possibility that you will share the Ocean City Tiki Boat for your reservation.
- All guests must be 21 years of age or older UNLESS booking the private charter. Guests under the age of 21 will be allowed on private charters.
- All online bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

- No glass, no illicit drugs
- We reserve the right to refuse rental to any parties who are noticeably belligerent or intoxicated.

Cancellation
Cancellation Cutoff: 24 hours
Cancellation Notes: All online bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable. For bookings made over the phone or in person we allow for cancellations up to two hours prior to your reservation time. We require two hours notice or more for ALL reservation modifications, each booking may only reschedule once. If you have additional questions please contact our staff at 410-213-7627. We go out rain or shine! In the rare case that we have to cancel due to inclement weather, our staff will contact you asap and offer to reschedule or refund your booking.

What is the age policy?
