Your morning starts with pickup from your Tulum or Playa del Carmen hotel. Make your first stop at Punta Laguna Nature Reserve. Take part in eco-tourism activities that have been designed not to disrupt the local culture and ecosystem. Hike through the jungle, try the zipline over a lagoon, ride a canoe, and visit a cenote. Along the way, your guide tells you about the local biodiversity and wildlife protection efforts. Then, head to the ancient Mayan ruins of Coba, once one of the largest pre-Hispanic settlements in the northern Yucatan.
