Learn about some of Malaysia's traditionally favourite meals, enjoy cooking some delicious dishes and finally enjoy your efforts at lunch on the outdoor terrace of a traditional Malay wooden house.

Following your morning hotel pick up travel to a local wet market. You'll enjoy a typical Malaysian breakfast before navigating through the sights, smells and sounds around you whilst chatting with the local Chinese, Malay and Indian traders displaying their various products.

Then to the class, where you'll learn about authentic Malaysian recipes and traditional techniques that have been handed down for many generations. Instructors are with you the whole time to show and guide you on how to prepare and cook to perfection.

Having eaten your own coking for lunch, transfer back to the hotel with some wonderful memories and a new appreciation of Malaysian cuisine.

With the help of you local host, you'll discover the unique flavours of local cooking while learning about traditional ways of life. As part of this class, you will visit a wet market, mingle with locals, prepare and eat your lunch in entertaining, educational and attractive surroundings.

You will also receive return hotel transfers in air-conditioned comfort and be able to return home to amaze friends and your next dinner party.
