Cliffs, Galway & amazing guide and driver!

Our tour guide, Ruairi and driver, Steve were amazing! The Cliffs were breathtakingly beautiful and Galway was a quaint little town full of surprises! Definitely glad to have booked this tour!

Good experience

This is a great tour to visit the Cliffs, the wild Atlantic way, and Galway. It is on a bus, but really this is the only option for a group of our size (8) and it was just fine. A good amount of time to explore the Cliffs as well as in Galway to get some food and Guinness.

Michael was a great...

Michael was a great driver, and Eoin was great as a tour guide. Wonderful personality, helpful, informative, and very eager to share the beautiful culture of Ireland he is proud of. The tour is jam packed but you get to see a great deal. For the Black Taxi tour, if politics are sensitive for you, go to Titanic. If you want to understand the challenges of the Irish partition. Do it. It’s wonderful.

Absolutely amazing...

Absolutely amazing experience! This Cliffs of Moher tour from Dublin, with the stop in Galway, was one of the highlights of my trip to Ireland. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and having the opportunity to explore Galway made the day even better. A special shoutout to the restaurant recommendations/options in Galway had some great choices for food and were able to enjoy delicious local options without feeling rushed. The tour guides were also fantastic! They were knowledgeable, entertaining, and their humor kept the entire group laughing throughout the day. Everything was well organized, enjoyable, and truly made for an unforgettable experience. If you’re visiting Dublin, I highly recommend booking this tour! You won’t regret it!

Beautiful Irish landscape

Great experience! The Cliffs were beautiful and there were many places to walk and get dofferent viewing angles. Driving through the Burren was fascinating and it was nice to get some history of Ireland during our time on the bus. Galway was vibrant and filled with lots of cool shops and restaurants. The weather changes fast - make sure you bring a raincoat and a sweater!

Excellent tour… the guide Dave is one of the best guides I have had for this type of tours… he is a young spirit, full of energy… he simply made the trip worth it… oh and yes the scenery was wonderful too! :-)

Put it on your “must do” list in Dublin

The trip was an all day affair but the scenery was beautiful and Kevin gave so much history and legends along the way, it was so enjoyable and fun. We even got a bit of Irish Gaelic lessons tossed in. I can’t thank Kevin and Billy enough for their kindness and helpfulness along the way. The tour is a must. It covers a lot of sights and beautiful scenery.

Windy at the Cliffs but gorgeous

The bus does a great job of stopping for snacks and bathroom breaks when needed. Because this tour is across the country it does involve more bus riding than the Belfast tour. Thankfully we had god weather at the cliffs and the wind added a unique experience. Galway is a nice little town too. I loved both tours but would say Belfast and Giants Causeway was my favorite of the two.

I'll start by saying this...

I'll start by saying this is a very long tour for 1 day, but also very much worth it. Michael and Eoin were a fantastic team, making the the time in the bus very entertaining. We really enjoyed the stops as well. Belfast has some sad history but it was good to get a better understanding of what life has been like there over the past century. The castle stop on the north shore was amazing and the walk at giants causeway was one of the best nature hikes we've ever taken. If you're in Dublin definitely try and make this tour. Hopefully you're fortunate enough to end up with the same guide and driver as we did!

outstanding experience

This is an excellent tour to see Belfast and the Giant's Causeway. We did the black cab option which was amazing with our tour guide who really let us know a side of the conflict. Seeing the gates and the walls as well as the freedom wall was a sight not to be missed. This is a bus trip, but a great way to get there for the day from Dublin with an adequate length of time to explore the Causeway.

A lovely tour overall…

Overall, this was a wonderful tour! We truly enjoyed the Cliffs of Moher and Galway and the history shared by the tour guide. The bus was comfortable, the amount of time allotted at both sights was optimal. The kinda of big complaint is that when we stopped in Galway the bus driver and guide assured us that we would be picked up in that same spot. Unfortunately, that was not the case and we all were left wondering ‘what the heck’ when there was no bus as we stood in pouring rain and no direct # to reach them. With no explanation or apology at all, the guide came to gather us up fifteen minutes after our initial meeting time and moments after we were scheduled to leave. We hope they take this situation seriously for all future groups. (If the last part had not taken place, this would have been five stars all the way around.)

I booked 2 tours with Wildrover - Belfast walking tour and the Kilkenny, Wicklow and Glendalough tour. Both tours were different and overall enjoyable. Buses were comfortable. Drivers were solid. However there was some inconsistencies. The first tour arrived back in Dublin much earlier than expected and the second one much later than expected. This wasn’t due to any unexpected traffic but time management by the responsible persons. There was inconsistent communication across both tours in terms of Wild rovers promotional offers that was not communicated timely or transparently. As a result I missed out on these. No post service customer care satisfaction assessment. This was disappointing.

Amazing tour!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this entire day tour. Our tour guide was funny and interactive throughout the tour. He engaged with all guests. Cliff of Moher is a must see for see for everyone visiting Ireland and this is a great tour. We are from USA and originally from India. Their buses are very well maintained and entire tour runs on time. I highly recommend this tour.

Fantastic View of Dunlace castle and Giant’s Causeway.

No WiFi. Dunluce castle stop is only 30 minutes. If you are traveling in September, the winds are rough. Please walk carefully and this includes Giant’s Causeway.

Great experience. Take a waterproof coat with you in case of rain. Beautiful scenery and very enjoyable walk along the cliffs.
