Separate guide advertised but not provided
This company advertises itself as being distinct because its tours have a separate guide. Our tour did not. There was just the driver, who was unprepared to be the guide and said he'd be "winging it." We paid more for this tour than other options for this aspect (separate, knowledgeable guide). Also, the bus arrived at the pickup point 40-45 minutes AFTER the time we were told to be there. We missed our hotel breakfast due to the early departure time of the tour; in hindsight, if we knew the pickup would be so late, we could have eaten the breakfast that was included in our lodging and not had to pay for this elsewhere to make it to the pickup point at the designated time. Disappointing start to the tour, and the lack of a guide as heavily advertised left us disappointed with this tour operator.

Incredible experience!
I truly could not ask for more, this bus tour was absolutely incredible. I will be recommending this tour to everyone who is wanting to visit Ireland. The drive was scenic and the tour guide was very informative. You get about two hours at the Cliffs of Moher and two hours in Galway with a gas station stop about an hour into the drive and an hour away from your arrival back to Dublin. Seriously, perfect!

Wonderful experience overall
It was a great experience overall although the small tour bus we were traveling in had limited leg room and seat space. My son is a big man , and was uncomfortable. Thankfully the bus wasn’t full so he could sit himself instead of beside me. Next time I would have to do something else though. Our tour guide was pretty good. I had a passenger behind me that played music quite loudly on the way back. The recommendation for lunch was great.

I did three Viator trips...
I did three Viator trips during my stay in Ireland and even another from this company. This was without a doubt the best of the three. I wish I could remember the tour guide’s name, but I believe the driver was Pete. The tour guide was so knowledgeable, kind, and humorous. He had books of Irish last names and helped me find the origins for my family. He made a point of checking in with everyone in the group throughout the day and play strategic music as certain points of the journey. Yes, the trip is long at 13 hours but it was so well worth it. I’d do a tour with this company or to this location again without hesitation.

Neil was an excellent guide. He explained everything patiently and enthusiastically. I speak very little English, but I was able to understand most of his explanations. The places we visited were wonderful.

Giants Causeway/ Belfast Black Cab Tour/ Daluce Castle June 10,2026
It was a fantastic experience and Stephen O and our driver Beatrix really made the whole day a day to remember. The history we learned from Stephen O and our black cab driver in Belfast about Ireland’s hard and long fight for independence over many centuries was really eye opening. The Giants Causeway is breathtakingly beautiful. Also Daluce Castle is really something to see. Stephen O in particular was humorous and we really enjoyed hearing about his family history. The music he played on the bus really added to the whole trip. I would definitely recommend taking this tour and hope you get lucky enough to have Stephen O as your guide🇨🇦☘️

Great Day for Galway
Our tour was absolutely outstanding, and a huge part of that was thanks to Morris and Paolo. If you have the chance to tour with them, take it. His knowledge seemed endless—not just about Ireland’s history, culture, and landmarks, but about the world in general. No matter the topic, he had fascinating insights and stories that made the journey just as enjoyable as the destinations themselves. What impressed me most was the effort he made to connect with every person on the bus. Morris took the time to learn where people were from, engage them in conversation, and make everyone feel included. It never felt like a scripted tour; it felt like traveling with someone who genuinely enjoyed meeting people and sharing experiences. Also shoutout to Paolo for incredible driving skills literally taking us across the country!

An Incredible Day Along Ireland's Northern Coast We booked this tour through Viator and spent an absolutely fantastic day visiting Dunluce Castle, Giant's Causeway, and Belfast with Wild Rover Tours. A huge thank you to our guide and driver, who kept us informed, entertained, and laughing throughout the journey. Their humor, storytelling, and ability to keep a full bus engaged made the long day fly by. What we appreciated most was that they didn't simply provide historical information—they shared practical, insider tips that genuinely improved our experience. Their advice about the best walking paths, viewpoints, hidden corners, timing, and how to make the most of each stop helped us see and experience far more than we would have on our own. One tip was especially valuable. We both have some walking challenges, and our guide made sure we knew about the shuttle bus available at the Giant's Causeway for the return trip back up the hill. That information made a tremendous difference and allowed us to fully enjoy the experience without worrying about the steep climb back. It was a small detail, but it demonstrated the thoughtfulness and care that made this tour exceptional. Another outstanding recommendation was **The Nook**. Our guide suggested it, and we are so glad he did. What a treasure! The food was delicious, the atmosphere welcoming, and the service excellent. The Giant's Causeway was breathtaking, and the recommended routes allowed us to fully appreciate both the geological wonder and the spectacular coastal scenery. Dunluce Castle provided stunning views and endless photography opportunities, while Belfast offered a fascinating glimpse into the city's history, culture, and ongoing transformation. We also thoroughly enjoyed the local Belfast guides. Their knowledge, personal perspectives, and ability to explain complex history in a thoughtful and balanced way added tremendous value to the visit. This tour struck the perfect balance between scenery, history, culture, and fun. Every stop felt worthwhile, and the guidance we received made the entire day run smoothly and successfully.
