Ilenia was great! We had a big group and she was very helpful. We also had an older lady in our group (73 year old) and she was very helpful with her. Highly recommend!

Amazing informational bike tour. The market we stopped at to get our picnic lunch was the best I have ever shopped at. We learned so much and got to see exclusive areas of the palace and grounds. Highly recommend.

Nice bikes, well organized. It is more of a supervised bike ride with a brief introduction to every monument and 5-10 minutes to explore the monuments on your own. I would recommend this if it were your first time in DC .

Matt was so knowledgeable about the history of various places. Very friendly and would recommend him for school groups. He was willing to do whatever it took to get the right picture for the clients- even laying on the grass!

We rented 4 bikes to ride around Central Park. The bikes were very high quality, and they found the perfect size for each member of our family. The proximity to Central Park is very nice and it makes for a very safe ride. They provide helmets of all different sizes and locks, which is super helpful. We loved our experience and hope to use them again in another city!

Because of this company, I had to report my card lost and file a complaint regarding unused transactions, which caused numerous inconveniences. Our tour guide was so very friendly and engaging, I believe her name was Christina but forgive me if I got the name wrong as I’ve had many tours this week. I loved her enthusiasm and knowledge of everything. I could’ve spent much more time with her touring and have been very happy to converse with her and pick her brain on all the wonderful sites of Florence. I was very impressed with Fat Tire tours overall, a wonderful tour company that I will come back to.

(Translated by Google) A very fun and enjoyable bike tour; I definitely recommend it. The only downside: we were told the tour would be in Dutch. This wasn't the case. There wasn't even a Dutch guide. However, the English-speaking guide did a great job.

We went on a Segway tour with Fat Tire Tours, and our guide was Ilenia. The tour was excellent—informative, enjoyable, and well-paced. Ilenia was a fantastic guide; she explained everything clearly and genuinely seemed to enjoy what she was doing. During the tour, one participant experienced a health issue, and Ilenia handled the situation with great professionalism and care. Although we lost some time, she didn’t rush the group and made sure the experience remained smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful and well-managed tour.

Marika (Mary) was FANTASTIC!! She was cheerful, interesting, knowledgeable, SAFE, flexible to our interests and brought just the right amount of her personal experiences to make the stories relatable and fun. A wonderful three hours spent in Roma!! The bikes were of good quality and waiting for our arrival, helmets available if desired, the shop guys were super cool. ANOTHER top shelf Fat Tire experience. We’ve never regretted riding with them (Barcelona, Berlin, London) — we need more cities/destinations. Will definitely tell our friends. Grazie!! Ciao!!🇮🇹
