Do NOT trust this company!!! We booked 3 weeks in advance for 2 e-bikes, but when we arrived got told none were available....why bother booking and paying in advance. Customer service was bad with a blunt angry woman the only one there. Three doors down were SO much better, and we walked in and got bikes.

The tour was good overall. Our tour guide Vlad was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had some bad luck with weather (it rained off and on all day) but we were still able to see all of the stops on the schedule. I guess my only issue is that this really should be advertised as a bike tour of “Versailles Park” with a quick stop at the palace once you drop your bike back off at the shop. It was a LONG day and we were so exhausted by the time we got to the palace that we hardly enjoyed it. The gardens and the canal and the Trianons are beautiful too, I just sort of wish we’d gotten to see the palace first and then enjoy the outside areas after. Still a good tour…just want to set the expectations for others :-)

Marco was a fantastic guide, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, funny and an amazing street artist. His chalk-on-pavement works should be on display in the Humboldt Forum. We learned so much and had such a great time, and e-bikes are the only way to see a city like Berlin!

We had a great time! Adrian was our guide and he had some fun facts, a great sense of humor, and good leadership qualities to keep us organized and moving safely from site to site. It was a very bright, sunny, and unusually windy day for late May--this briefly made the ride challenging on the National Mall. Adrian pivoted and moved us off the path a bit so we were more comfortable. It was easy to stay with the group, and we saw all the major monuments. You will learn a great deal and cover much of the city in just a few hours!
