Thank you Unlimited Biking for the great customer service!! We rented two e-bikes for Bike the Bay this morning and Unlimited Biking was the best choice out of all. They opened early today because of the event and that made it easier to rent a bike. Other places tried to force a weekly rental only because they did not open early enough for the event. We received instructions and felt confident about our rental. There were several options to choose from, too, which made the experience better. Thank you!!!

What was worst was that the staff forgot to give us our credit card back when we returned the bike. We had to make a special trip back to the store the following day to get back our credit card. Instead of taking responsibility and possibly apologizing for forgetting to give our card back, they put it on us saving I left “without picking it up and they told me that they didn’t know where I went. Excellent service! Very easy to rent bikes here and competitive prices. I have rented road bikes from them several times. They have both aluminum and carbon frames of varying sizes. Good idea to call before you go to see if they have your size available, but not necessary, they do walk-ins no problem. If you bring your own pedals they will install. They provide helmets and a lock (if desired). They also have great local knowledge about where to ride. They helped me plan a route from downtown to La Jolla and back and also another route to Point Loma and back. Highly recommend, great experience!

No hesitation in recommending this bike tour. I did one at night. 3h felt like a lot, but as I was only in town for a few nights, I went for it. It was a great mix of cycling (flat) and exploring some of the monuments and memorials. I learned more about US history and presidents than I expected. Very enjoyable. Mackenzie was a great guide.
