(Translated by Google) In the spring, we took a tour with our family. The bike tour in New York was really fun and definitely worth it. The guide (Carla) was excellent. She's friendly, helpful, and explains things well! (Original) In het voorjaar hebben we een tour gedaan met ons gezin. De fietstour in New York was heel leuk en zeker de moeite waard om te doen. Booked for the Chicago triathlon. Finding the tent as a first time user to pick up the bike was a little frustrating. Simple directions of ‘the tent is in the transition area’ on the order form would have been a lot more helpful than less than accurate addresses or call center employees giving vague directions over the phone. Otherwise pick up and drop off was quick and easy. Mechanics were great and quick at checking the bike and swapping out the pedals.

The bikes were perfect and the route was easy. Lots to see. Lots of stops to take pictures. Our guide Marika was fantastic. You can tell she enjoys what she does. Marika provided historical content and tailored our experience to include an off the beaten path sight. She was a pleasure to spend time with! The only recommendation I would have is to check the headset before departing for the tour to make sure it is very clear.

Had a wonderful Highlights of Paris tour with Maleen! We booked online one month in advance and somehow ended up with a private tour! Maleen was so knowledgeable of history and architecture and we left our tour feeling like we got our bearings of the city and learned a lot! Highly recommend- especially for first time visitors.

This was one of our highlights of our Paris trip! We had a lovely guide, Annie, who made the experience both fun and educational. We learned the history of Versailles as we made stops around the grounds and felt it was a great pace for the day.
