We’re totally disappointed with this rental. We were supposed to rent all hybrid bikes of the same type, but what we received was completely inconsistent. Out of all the bikes, only one was actually a hybrid. The rest were thin-tire bikes, more like road bikes, which were not what we requested or paid for. Because of our inexperience and lack of knowledge about bikes, we didn’t realize this at the beginning. Unfortunately, we only noticed once we arrived at our destination, which made the situation even more frustrating. This really affected our experience and did not meet our expectations at all.

The half day bike trip is an awesome way to get an intro to the history of Versailles, see the grounds, and then spend as much time as you’d like in the main Chateau. Eric was excellent at guiding us through the tour and connecting it with the history.

Charlie was a fabulous guide of a top notch bike tour. Almost the whole ride was on bike-only lanes and it felt very safe the whole time. His knowledge and good humor made it even more fun. Only downside was the signage on the shop. No external markings made it very hard to find.

Absolutely loved doing this Potsdam tour. Our guide, Marco, was amazing and we had the best group of people! I’ve done a Fat Tire Tour in Barcelona before and I think their guides and tours are all fabulous. So worth the cost.
