(Translated by Google) Hello! I am a user who recently rented a bicycle and rode to the Palace of Versailles. The ride to the Palace of Versailles was a truly fantastic experience! 🌿 Riding through the beautiful scenery of Paris and facing the grandeur of Versailles will remain a memory I will cherish for a lifetime. Thanks to the bicycle, I was able to enjoy the trip in a more free and special way. However, amidst this perfect experience, there was one regrettable aspect. Reason for deducting one star: 👉 There was a loud noise every time I applied the brakes. 😥 Throughout the ride, every time I braked, there was a loud roar, which was bothersome not only to me but also to those around me. While it didn't seem to pose a major safety issue, the noise made me feel somewhat uncomfortable and anxious every time I braked. [Maintenance Request] For the sake of future users, I respectfully request a comprehensive brake inspection and bicycle check as follows: Resolution of Brake Noise Issue: Please identify the cause of the noise, such as the condition of the brake pads, discs, and rims, and take appropriate action. Overall Brake Function Check: I would appreciate it if you could check the overall brake performance, including the play in the brake levers and braking power. In addition to basic bicycle checks: I request a comprehensive inspection of tire pressure, chain lubrication, gear shifting, etc., to ensure the next user can use the bicycle safely and comfortably. I would like to thank the owner in advance for paying attention to even the smallest inconveniences for users. Thanks to you, I had a truly wonderful experience to Versailles! I definitely want to use your services again next time. Thank you.

Excellent guide who led us on a fascinating tour of buildings and sites in Munich which taught us a about the history - good and bad of the City. Regular stops to listen and look. Good bikes and easy enough for a bunch of senior citizens. Excellent value for money.

A fine day with Andrea, like the singer. The bikes were solid, and the tour had plenty of down time. Maybe a little too much? The walking tour of the gardens were a little much in the great May 2026 heat wave. The actual tour of Versailles was difficult to do after the heat and presence of the afternoon crowds.

Matthew was awesome! He was very informative and knew what he was talking about. He kept a good pace when biking and gave us enough time to enjoy each monument. He has cool hair too!

Loved every minute of this tour (despite the heat). Our guide was great and we rode mostly in the shade and had plenty of drink breaks. The double bonus was my decision to hire an e-bike. It made riding on an extra hot day much more enjoyable
