Reviews for Unlimited Biking

Very unprofessional staff which was not great, but bikes were great and good price. They told us if we had a flat tire we would have to call an Uber because they would not come help us, even though we paid the extra $10 per bike for the insurance. Also, they would have only reimbursed us $25 for the Uber, when it would have been way more than that for a big enough car to fit the two bikes.

Kirk was a phenomenal bike guide, lived in san diego for 45 years very informative on the history of various places and got a great well rounded tour of san diego in general and recommended some great food spots!

The whole experience was excellent! The bike shop is very near Central Park (closer than others), it was well organised, polite service, the bikes were comfortable and in good condition, and this was one of our favourite activities.

(Translated by Google) We booked a bike tour and Roxy was our guide. Roxy was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. She told us a lot about the area. We had a really fun morning. If you want to discover Santa Monica and Venice Beach, we would definitely recommend booking a bike tour.

(Translated by Google) My wife and I had 2 electric bikes and our friends had 2 regular ones. Two more ladies joined our group, and Kelly guided us around with great enthusiasm, showing and telling us everything about Barcelona. Through narrow streets and along the main roads. A really cool way to discover the city of Barcelona. Once again, Kelly, thanks for your enthusiastic tour. We enjoyed it.

Great place to rent both e- and regular bikes to explore Munich. Super helpful staff and great quality bikes! Would definitely rent from them again when visiting. Thank you!

Courteous, prompt service. Nice location, right on a bike path section, only a bit of union street to Mt Vernon trail, but safe to navigate as parts blocked off for cars for outdoor diners. Bikes were in good working order with full charges.

Dan was our tour guide today for 2hrs cycling around Central Park. Dan had a great energy about him and loads of info about NYC. Showed us the main spots in Central Park which we wouldn’t have found on our own. Well worth it. Thanks Dan
