(Translated by Google) We had a really fun bike tour with Glenn, our Dutch guide. Part of the group had also done the tour 3 years ago, but Glenn managed to surprise us again with nice stops and very interesting stories. Thank you very much for this. I rent a e/bike for 2 hours and as I was riding on bike lane on pavement in an hour riding, it got flat tire. I called the store and explained but they told me to bring bike back to their store. I am 2 hours away by walking and told them about it but they said use ubber or take it to the shop near by to get fix it on my own experience since I did not choose insurance coverage they offer. I understand if I take the bike to unreasonable place but ai was just riding on pavement. I’m using bus and trolley to bring this heavy bike back to the store. I will never come back here.

A really informative and fun tour! Thor was an amazing guide, I learnt so much about the history of the places we stopped at and the historical photos he showed us really helped with understanding the events. The bikes were really good, helmets offered (which I took, ended up being very thankful for it when I fell off🤣) Staff were all really friendly. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get a good overview of the city and it's history. Also very good for solo travellers, I didn't feel out of place in the group and Thor also helped to break the ice at the beginning by asking us all where we were from. Lots of fun!

Truly the best way to see Washington, D.C. My mom and I took a tour with our guide, Adrian, who was funny, knowledgeable, and flexible: on pacing the tour, which stops we’d visit, and which facts he think we’d find most interesting. The bikes are in great condition and beginner-friendly. I highly recommend taking a tour with Adrian if you want to see D.C. from a cool new perspective!

I went in there, on a one off day, so I could rent a bike. It was quite a nice day outside. I had a really nice conversation with Elena at the register! Her customer service was amazing and she made the process very smooth and easy! She had amazing energy! When I came back she remembered who I was and gave me a laugh! I really appreciated my experience there. Shouts out to Elena!

A fantastic experience for our entire family. (Even in the rain, which they gave us ponchos for. haha) The guide was terrific, lots of fun, awesome itinerary that showed all the highlights across the city and incredible views from above. We would highly recommend this bike tour to anyone looking for an awesome way to see Florence!

(Translated by Google) Great tour, and Stefan did an excellent job. I would have loved to ride longer. Update: The "simple" rental also worked well, and the bike was (just like the first time) the right size and properly adjusted. One minor drawback: Even when using the GoCity Pass, $1 is charged and deducted per booking – while it's not much, it's still a bit annoying. A credit card pre-authorization would be preferable, as hotels do.
