Fatemeh was an excellent tour guide, the tour was very relaxed and she waited for us at every stop and at all the traffic lights. We had no experience cycling through a city but we had no problems at all it was super easy! We saw all the main attractions in Berlin in such a short space of time. 10/10.

All is fine until you have a breakdown. Then you call a phone number New York, they call shop and you wait forever for a return call. We ended up pushing the bike 2 miles to get a replacement. Thank God we w warrant for you.

We had a fantastic experience renting bikes from this place. The bicycles were in excellent condition, with all parts working perfectly, which made riding them all day a wonderful experience. They offer a wide variety of bikes and sizes for all riders, including hybrid bikes. Another great advantage is that they provide helmets, making the rental even more convenient. The location is easy to access, with available parking nearby, and they also have a clean restroom for customers. The staff was helpful, the equipment was well maintained, and the overall experience was outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality bike rentals and a hassle-free day of cycling! 🚴♀️🚴♂️✨

Myself and 3 friends did the 3 hour bike tour, with our guide Sam. It was a fantastic experience, riding around a beautiful city with the most stunning architecture. Sam was so interesting and passionate about the history and culture of the city and really brought the whole experience to life. Really great fun and an amazing way to get your bearings when you arrive at a new city. The tour is pretty flat so it was easy, with plenty of stops at the landmarks you'd want to see. Sam was really good at making sure the group stayed together and explained what the tour would entail. Thoroughly recommend doing this tour. Thanks to Sam.

We spent a very hot day in Versailles on the bike tour and our guide, Jen, kept us in the shade as much as possible, so we were comfortable. She was very knowledgeable about the history of France and the Palace and shared many interesting stories throughout the day. She was upbeat and kept the group in good spirits as we saw incredible sights. Our picnic lunch by the water was delightful, as well. We are very happy we chose this way to tour Versailles.

Good communication and directions to find the start. Well organised and our guide CB was excellent. Made sure the ride was safe and had very good information. While water was available for sale and a water refill machine was provided, I thought a complimentary bottle should have been provided. The only critic I have is that the bikes were not in the best shape.
