Foodies will LOVE this

Excellent way to immerse yourself in the local gastronomy. Foodies will not be disappointed. Carlo was a great chef and teacher, and Gaia delivered a great tour, explanations and sangria!

Luis’ tour in the market was fun and informative. Both he and the stalls we visited were so welcoming. Luis was wonderful in the kitchen where things were so well organized but also relaxed. Domenico’s class was perfect- lively, so helpful and great fun to work along side him. He has mastered being the chef and the teacher all in one. We learned so much about Spanish technique and preferences and cuisine. It was a wonderful experience with many smiles and laughter.

As always, this was a great experience for my group. It was educational, fun, and delicious. Carmen and Pedro were a delight. I am looking forward to bringing back others in the future.

We absolutely loved this experience! The market tour was super informative and fun, and the cooking class was fantastic! I have a gluten allergy and they modified everything for me so I don’t have to miss out on anything. I will say if you want time to shop the market make sure to go early or another day as most vendors were closed or closing by the time our class was over at 2!

Triana Market Tour and Cooking Class

Met Clara for the market tour and Chef Pedro and Clara for the cooking class. Everything was just great. We all had fun cooking new Spanish recipes and Chef Pedro and Clara were engaging and fun. All of us had a great time. Highly recommend. Mike Daigle

Fantastic experience with our chef Carlo and his assistant Belen, lots of fun. Learned a lot about cooking authentic Spanish dishes and enjoyed delicious food!

This was our favourite experience in Seville! Carlo and Belen were extremely friendly, and Carlo was a very knowledgeable chef, we learned a lot. The group we cooked with were a lot of fun, everyone was encouraged to join in with the meal preparation. We prepared and ate three delicious dishes, with drinks provided. The three hours we spent flew by. Thoroughly recommended!

We had a lovely time in our cooking class, with our guides Clara and Leo. It started with Clara taking us round the markets, and explaining local produce. We learnt a lot including that black olives are likely fake! The highlight of the day was the cooking class itself. It was very interactive and we all got to be part of every dish. Leo was a fabulous teacher, the perfect amount of charismatic and cheeky, mixed with his deep knowledge of cooking and preparation techniques. We finished the class with three dishes we had made, plus a very refreshing dessert. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend this activity to anyone who enjoys cooking. Ana, our chef, was so informed about the food, the process and also in various options to assist the vegetarians in our group. We enjoyed a 3 course meal that was delicious.

The most wonderful experience! We learned to cook the authentic tapas dishes we loved so much & meet artisan vendors while exploring the vibrant market. A great way to truly bring Seville home.
