Es war ein tolles Erlebnis. Maria unsere Köchin war super kompetent und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten Spaß und haben viel gelernt. Immer wieder schön zu sehen, wie viele unterschiedliche Nationalitäten sich für‘s Kochen interessieren.

Kai gave us excellent info about triana market and showed us around, then our group of about 10 people had fun learning to cook three traditional Spanish dishes from Carlo, who was friendly, fun, a great teacher and a great chef. We all participated. Food was delicious! Very fun

Cooking Up Sevilla: A Delicious Experience at Mercado de Triana
The experience was extremely informative and a lot of fun. Carmen did an excellent job giving us a tour and orientation to the Mercado Triana. She also did a great job teaching us how to make sangria. Diana, the chef/instructor was amazing. We made a delicious soup appetizer, a spinach and garbanzo side dish and paella. She’s an amazing instructor and coach!

I had a wonderful...
I had a wonderful experience here and can’t wait to try this all at home! We started off with an informational walk through the market with Sabrina, that was great. I loved hearing about Spain, Sevilla, and the ingredients we were about to use. Chef David was very knowledgeable as well and fun. Even with a group of 12 overall we all were able to contribute and have a good time. The experience was fun and the food was incredible. I really had a wonderful time with this.
