The cooking class was great. It was organized very well. We got a tour of the market which included learning about the different kinds of olives, ham and spices. We then went to their kitchen and prepared a three course lunch. Everything was explained well and turned out very tasty. Receipts were emailed to us so we could make the dishes at home. Highly recommend!

Great tapas cooking experience!
We loved the culinary evening with Chef David, Lidia and Carmen. We had a private tapas cooking session with our family, grandparents, children and grandchildren. They were very patient and explained all dishes very well. Thank you for the great evening!

Fun and Interesting Cooking experience
Wonderful fun experience with a great teacher explaining clearly and in an engaging manner how to cook the most delicious meal. Plenty of Sangria to make it a relaxing lunchtime; would definitely recommend if you are in Seville

Excellent class, Chef...
Excellent class, Chef explained the cooking process, and the history of the foods we prepared. He demonstrated different preparation & cooking techniques as well. The tour of the Mercado and surrounding area was excellent, our guide stopped at different food stalls and talked about the history of how different foods were used and the areas they were grown.

Leerzame en leuke kookles met heerlijk eten
Erg lekker gekookt met fijne begeleiding! De markttour in Triana was interessant en we hebben de gerookte Spanish Paprika meegenomen als souveniertje :) Het kookboekje met de recepten die we hebben gekookt ontvingen we achteraf, dat maakt het extra leuk!

This cooking class was perfect in every way. Great venue (clean, easy, well set up for easy participation and communication), great teaching (Carlo is excellent, entertaining and knowledgeable) and great food. Would recommend this to everyone. And they were very accommodating for one of our party that is Gluten Free. Perfect experience and well worth it.

We had a great evening learning how to prepare and cook a few traditional Spanish dishes. David made it great fun at the same time as keeping us involved in the whole process from starter to dessert. Met some lovely people and that helped make it a fantastic night.

Good fun and relaxed
Good fun, very informal and relaxed. You don't need to be a cook to enjoy and learn some Spanish dishes. I was solo and part of a larger group, totally comfortable environment.

I 100% recommend this cooking class. It exceeded all expectations and the chef was amazing. We made 3 dishes, had delicious sangria and made dessert! The paella was incredible and we learned so much!

Phenomenal day! Had an educational tour around the market with Luis. He was great! He then escorted us to an offsite kitchen where Chef David, patiently and with lots of humor, taught us how to make several delicious Spanish dishes. Our group agrees we would happily attend another class!

Authentisches kochen in fröhlicher Runde
Interessant, authentisch, lecker! Man lernt etwas für sein (Koch-)Leben. Die zwei Gastgeber:innen sind wirklich ein tolles Team! Sie lockern die Atmosphäre auf und man lernt dabei viel über spanische Traditionen. Sowohl über das Kochen, als auch über Sangria.

Pedro and Lydia were awesome. The cooking techniques, butchering skills, and sangria recipe were worth the price of admission alone. The food was excellent. The tour was very informative. We highly recommend the experience, especially if you love to cook.
