Fun cooking lesson in Seville
We highly recommend this tour if you want to experience some authentic Spanish food and learn how to make it so you can share it with friends when you return. We made 3 dishes, incl paella. All relatively simple, but so delicious. Then we got to feast on it all, washed down with plenty of sangria (other drinks available if you prefer). Then go home for your siesta and you’ll feel like a true local. Our guide and chef were excellent and a lot of fun was had.

We had a great experience with our chef Leo. And his assistant Natalie. First, we received a tour of the marketplace, which is very informative and then we began the cooking class, which was very instructive and interesting. Our group was fun, the ingredients were freshand at the end we enjoyed eating our production. The sangria was great too. I’d highly recommend this in Seville.

Wonderful Hands-on Learning and a Memorable Experience
This cooking class was a highlight of our trip! It was such a memorable activity, we met lovely couples, and learned new techniques for cooking Paella. Clara and Chef María were wonderful hosts and teachers. The tour was really interesting as well, and we learned things we would have never known just walking through it on our own. This experience was so enjoyable, we will do it all over again the next time we visit Seville, and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Leuke kookworkshop gedaan met heerlijke gerechten/ingrediënten! Zeker een aanrader! Alles wordt met veel enthousiasme uitgelegd en je krijgt genoeg tips voor thuis mee! De recepten heb ik inmiddels ontvangen in mijn mail en ga daar zeker mee aan de slag thuis!

An excellent introduction to the taste of Seville
Took us a little while to find meeting point. Staff very welcoming. Split into two groups Anna took ten of us round Triana market. She made good choices of stalls and gave lots of information about them. Went back for cooking classes with Pedro. He was excellent with a dry sense of humour. Told us exactly what to do but we ourselves did it and it was all put together to make a lovely 4 course meal with homemade sangria to drink while preparing and wine or beer while eating. Recipes were later sent by email. It continued until 2.30, half an hour extra, but there was still time for a short visit to the market to make some purchases. An excellent introduction to the taste of Seville. Fully recommended (5 star)

Leo was an exceptional host who guided us through our cooking class. His sense of humour really made our afternoon enjoyable and this is experience is one we will not forget from our time in Seville. The girl who assisted and gave a tour of the market and kept us watered with sangria was an absolute pleasure also.

Fantastic Experience at Taller Andaluz de Cocina
During our trip to Seville, me and my husband decided to join a cooking class at Taller Andaluz de Cocina, right in the heart of the Triana Market… and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our entire vacation. We had such a great time: we cooked, learned, laughed, and tasted delicious dishes and drinks, all in a welcoming and well-organized environment. The three recipes we prepared were not only incredibly tasty but also explained perfectly—complete with stories, curiosities, and little tips that make you feel truly connected to Spanish food culture. A special thank-you goes to Carlo, our chef: brilliant, funny, engaging, and at the same time extremely professional. His genuine passion for cooking is contagious, and he knows exactly how to make everyone feel comfortable, even those who aren’t expert cooks. And heartfelt thanks also to Kai, absolutely lovely and always attentive, who assisted Carlo throughout the evening and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. An absolutely recommended activity for anyone who loves cooking, having fun, and discovering a more authentic side of Spanish gastronomy.

Learn how to make paella the right way.
Leo was fun as our chef and cooking instructor. I am a vegetarian, and they were able to accommodate me even at the last minute. If you want to learn the correct way to make paella, this class is worth taking because not only is he funny, but he also makes sure everyone participates and gets hands-on experience, no matter your cooking level.
