Great experience, you get to learn a lot and try things you wouldn’t normally order. kid friendly environment, they let kids do some things and they have space for them to play around.

Der Kochkurs mit David und Ana war fantastisch. Die beiden haben uns in der Markthalle von Tirada in die Welt von Sangria, Paella und Tapas eingeführt und allerlei Wissenswertes dazu erzählt. Spannend waren auch die Hintergrundinfos zu den Zutaten und kleine Tipps und Tricks, was man beachten möchte, wenn man eine "echte" Paella kochen möchte. Echt coole Sache! Ich war alleine da - also ohne Begleitung - und es hat total viel Spass gemacht. Man kommt beim Kochen schnell ins Gespräch mit den anderen Teilnehmenden aus ganz Europa. Ich würde so einen Kurs jederzeit wieder machen und gebe eine absolute Empfehlung dafür ab.

Spanish Cooking Class and Dinner in Seville - Excellent
Did the Spanish Cooking Class and Dinner in Seville. 4 of us took the class along with 5 others. The 4 of us had our own cooking station. We prepared 3 dishes and 2 drinks. We made Salmorejo, Spinach with chickpeas, and Paella Valenciana. One person in our group has a food allergy to chickpeas. That was communicated to them when I booked the class. When we arrived they were aware of that and mentioned it. When preparing the spinach with chickpeas, they removed a portion of the dish before the chickpeas were added - that was set aside for the person with the allergy. We also prepared Lemon sorbet with cava and had Sandria to drink. We had 2 chefs helping instruct and show us how to do each step. They were excellent - expertly guided us through the process for each dish. Additionally they were very personable. There was a fun atmosphere with lots of laughing during the class. The class was not rushed. There was plenty of time to accomplish each step and if needed additional explanation was provided. The class was conducted in English and they were easy to understand. The food was great. The drinks were great. Highly recommend this class.

Cooking class was entertaining and fun to do. The instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful in making the class comfortable to participate in the preparation process. The result was a great night and excellent paella dinner!

Entertaining evening out.
Very enjoyable and entertaining evening. Pedro introduced some delicious Spanish dishes and the Sangria served was far superior previous tastings. Can’t wait to try the recipes at home!

(Translated by Google) This cooking class was fantastic! Ariadna was so enthusiastic about all the local products during the market tour that you really got drawn into it. It was also super educational! I learned a lot during the cooking class as well; you were allowed to do a lot yourself, so that was a plus. And of course, eating everything ourselves at the end of the class! Our class did run about half an hour over, so I would recommend not planning another activity immediately afterward. Especially since you'll want to savor all that delicious food for a little while longer, of course. I felt it was really worth the money! Thank you, Taller Andaluz! (Original) Deze kookles was top! Ariadna was zo enthousiast over alle lokale producten tijdens de markt tour dat je er helemaal in mee werd gesleept. Daarnaast ook super leerzaam! Ook tijdens de kookles heel veel geleerd, je mocht veel zelf doen dus dat was een pluspunt. En natuurlijk alles zelf opeten aan het einde van de les! De les liep bij ons wel een half uurtje uit, dus ik zou aanraden om niet direct erna een andere activiteit te plannen. Ook omdat je nog lekker even wil nagenieten van al dat lekkere eten natuurlijk. Ik vond het echt waar voor m'n geld! Dankjewel Taller Andaluz!

Great teacher and delicious, fun and informative experience
Great experience — learned a lot about many things, the culture the spices, how to cut up a whole chicken — and had a wonderful meal with lovely people. Highly recommend if you like to cook and want to eat the best paella of your life.

I was a little skeptical on booking this as the menu items weren't dishes I would normally gravitate to. Of course, visiting in a new country I wanted to give it a try and taste their local cuisines. I'm so glad I did. This was probably my favorite activity on my trip. It was 100% worth it with the value you get in food, learning, interactions (& sangria). The market tour was also a nice little touch. The recipes were easy to make, and very tasty. Chef Domenico and Ana were great. So welcoming, friendly and funny. I highly recommend!
