So my family went last weekend on a Saturday during peak time in Orlando- what a disappointment/disappointment. It took over 15 minutes to find a parking space. Then a lady who was in the parking lot warned us that the scanning had gone down on the tickets and the app was down. What a mess. We stood over 30 minutes to get through security, then another 30 minutes to enter the park. When I was done, I had to go to guest services due to needing an accessibility paper. It took another 45 minutes for guest services; two people were working the counter lol on a Saturday. It was the worst nightmare; the rides were horrible. My daughter and I did one ride from 2 pm to 9 pm, even with her accessibility paper. Good luck getting food that took another 20 minutes for dinner for fries and chicken. My husband left to take my son to his soccer tournament; he rode one more ride. We went to go do another ride, but they close at 30 minutes prior to fireworks. We never saw one show..... total waste of time. We saw a few animals one ride, and we left because it was such a mess. By the way, guest services do not care about your experience. I went to talk to them about my experience. We live in Tampa, go to Busch Gardens... love it, and it is busy. I told her about my experience, and she was like, " Whatever, " and rolled her eyes at me. lol These people don't care... honestly after the Blackfish incident and what they did to those poor orcas.... you think they would want better customer service. Apparently, they don't care about you, the animals, and all they want to do is take your money and run. Save yourself the trouble.... go to Busch Gardens, Universal, or Disney World; it will be way better, and they have customer service and care.

SeaWorld has changed a lot over the years, and sadly not for the better. The rides were okay, but nothing particularly memorable and much of the park now feels tired and in need of investment. What really stood out, though, was just how aggressively commercialised the whole experience has become. Families are no longer allowed to bring their own food into the park, meaning you're effectively forced to pay inflated in-park prices (2 drinks and 2 packet of crisps at $27). On top of that, most of the rides no longer let you leave your bag safely at the station while you ride. Instead, you're expected to pay again for lockers. It feels like every part of the day has been designed to squeeze a more and more money out of you. We're fortunate enough that we can afford the extra costs, but I couldn't help thinking about families who have saved all year for a day out here. SeaWorld doesn't seem remotely interested in making the experience affordable or family-friendly anymore. It feels like profit comes first, and guests come a distant second. A complete money making scam. They should hang their heads in shame.

I would give this no stars if possible. SeaWorld in itself is cool, average theme park attractions and overpriced everything but if you’ve got the money to spend it’s alright. The sea life encounters are super cool. However.. out of the 25 employees I spoke with 2 of them weren’t complete jerks. Every. Employee. Was. Rude. That made the insane amount of money spent feel even worse. I get it, it’s a theme park and you deal with thousands of people a day but you’d expect for the small mint you spend for the underwhelming attractions you’d get top notch customer service. First and last time for me.
