Staff all seemed miserable 😕 ....rides were ran (when they weren't down) half full, since they save rows for fast pass, even if there are no fast pass people in line. Very limited people working at all the food outlets. Trainers got annoyed, when the show was paused, because the female orcas did not want to preform. Over all....just a very depressing day.

They gave a group of our already taken locker , these people took our things out of the locker , stole our already half dranken drinks , left our bags on trash cans ,and still charged us for the use of the locker. Not only that but I almost passed out because they didn't pay any mind to the normal line and let everyone from the express line who were just arriving go in before us. You guys already have allegations of abusing your animals and this just made my experience way worse. YOUR WATER IS DISGUSTING. Do better

SeaWorld & Sesame Street Place Review — Pure Life! SeaWorld was an absolute vibe from start to finish. Sesame Street Place was LIFE — colorful, lively, and full of joy for every age. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful the entire day, making everything smooth even in the heat. We didn’t get to see Shamu the whale, ( is Shamu still with us?) but honestly the experience still delivered. The shows, the characters, the atmosphere — all top-tier. And let me tell you, the ice cream was hitting. Cold, creamy, and exactly what you need walking around the park. Highly recommended. SeaWorld continues to be one of those places where the magic is in the details — the kindness, the smiles, the way they make families feel welcome. A million stars from me.

I went to Sea World as a child not knowing any better. As an adult, I realize the mammals are suffering beyond understanding. The tanks are like bath tubs to them. The orca whales actually chew on the cement prisons and break their teeth trying to get free. This is extreme cruelty! They belong free in the ocean with their families. It's time to put these majestic creatures back in the wild. This is a hell hole for marine life! Think about how the mammals are suffering, not how long the lines are! Shut Sea World down! Now is the time!!!

SeaWorld has always been my favorite! I feel like the staff quality is not what it used to be. That is a hard statement to make because I know how hard it is to find a quality employee, but the level of friendliness, kindness, helpfulness has gone way down. I feel like there may not be enough staff to take care of all of the guests and they are definitely not the same type of people that used to work at SeaWorld

Really disappointed with Seaworld. Bought a bottle (small one) for free refills, went to fill it and it only let me do a third, next refill in 15 mins. Did a couple rides, not organised at all, basically find your own line... On Mako, my daughters restraint came loose on 2nd dip. Really scared her and stopped her wanting to do any other rides there. Toilets were dirty and no attended available. Feed a shark... $9 for 3 half sardines, keep selling even though dharks are clearly not eating... cashing in! Everything is massively over priced $46 for a burger and fries. Decided to cut our day short, pop somewhere outsideofthe parl forfood and enjoy some timeat the pool. The efficiency, helpfulness and friendlyness of everything was incredibly disappointing. However, the Orca show was fab you can see how well those animals are being cared for and are actually enjoying performing. If Disney and Universal can do it, why can't Sea Worls. Very disappointing day!
