Long waiting times and the staff are taking their time before each ride. Rides are good but there is a chaos in the lines. You don’t know when they will close and open the rides again. Stopped everything saying that it is gonna rain but it never rained.

A great place to see the animals. To also have some family time. Definitely would recommend the food pass. As 4 sandwiches, 2 fries, 4 drinks at Chic Fila would have cost us $95. We found a different spot to eat. Definitely look into the food vouchers.

For the price its a great experience, I definitely dont regret going but I won't be returning. The shows were truly spectacular and my family loved them. But it was very nasty, especially the bathrooms. Most of the service employees were rude. The food was very cheap and nasty for outrageous prices.

Disappointing visit because they closed a section of the park for a private event with no notice to the guests. Had I known about the event, I could have started my visit in that area. Ride ops are slower than most other parks.

This place feels like it’s on its last legs. I used to go here on holiday as a kid and it was such a memorable place to visit, but taking my kids there for the first time yesterday was a nightmare. By this point in our holiday, we have been to 5 other Orlando theme parks and, while they felt like premium immersive experiences, SeaWorld felt by far the busiest and most chaotic park. The animal shows were incredible, but everything else was terrible. All the staff we encountered were miserable and rude, something which would never happen at the other parks. Because it’s so cheap (our tickets were free with Discovery Cove tickets), the demographic of customers seem like they don’t want to be there either. So many people were just standing around in huge groups getting in the way, to the extent that it was almost impossible navigating through the park. We had a family sat around us in the dolphin show who talked through the whole thing (one woman was even having a full on FaceTime call during the whole thing). We had another family try and start a fight with us after they all stood in the way in the locker room, because the stupid SeaWorld locker system assigns people lockers right next to each other - which makes no sense when it could spread it out to give people space! It was just such a weird and horrible vibe there. Journey to Atlantis had literally not one staff member in the queue, so people had to just figure out for themselves where to stand. Nobody was even checking the quick queue. We ended up doing just 1 ride and leaving early because most rides had 60-80 min waits and then they closed every ride due to weather in late afternoon. We had to find this out on the app (which is also terrible) because the tannoy system in seaworld is so old you can’t hear a word it’s saying, and staff didn’t communicate at all. Expedition Odyssey was great, but it was so slow to get on because staff were just roaming around looking like they had no clue what they were doing. When you finally get on the ride, there’s one incredibly miserable and slow woman waddling back and forth at snail pace before finally pressing a button. The whole thing just felt so amateurish. I’m a nutshell, seaworld allows way too many people in the park and doesn’t hire enough staff. And the staff they do hire are either talentless or receive no training in customer service. This then allows customers to run wild and disrespect the park because there isn’t enough staff to keep the park under control. We felt really bad for the animal trainers because they are serious animal specialists who found themselves working in a tacky old theme park. We would absolutely never go back. And Discovery Cove is such a premium experience that it shouldn’t even be associated with this horrible place

One of my favorite childhood memories was visiting SeaWorld San Diego with my family, so I had high expectations for SeaWorld Orlando. I visited the park with my class on our senior trip, and it exceeded those expectations. The park was beautifully themed, with marine life and artificial lagoons integrated throughout the grounds. There were plenty of fish, sharks, and rays to see, and guests could even pet some of the rays for free. The animal exhibits and live shows were some of the most entertaining parts of the park. From an entertainment standpoint, the dolphin show was my favorite, but the sheer size and power of the killer whales made the orca show even more impressive. The splash from the orcas was powerful enough to soak guests well beyond the designated splash zone. Throughout each presentation, the trainers did an excellent job educating the audience about the animals while keeping the shows engaging. One of the park's must-do attractions is Manta, located near the front entrance. The queue is beautifully themed, with an artificial cave and underwater viewing areas filled with stingrays and tropical fish that make the wait much more enjoyable. Manta is a B&M flying coaster, meaning riders are positioned face-down beneath the track for most of the ride. Although the layout is similar to a traditional B&M inverted coaster, the flying position makes the experience feel much more graceful. The near misses with the rockwork and the water added to the immersion, while the inverted loop was the ride's most intense element. It consistently gave me a strong gray-out sensation. The restraints were not the most comfortable, but they were never painful. Manta is a unique and memorable coaster that is definitely worth riding, although it also had the longest wait in the park. Mako was an incredibly fun hyper coaster. The lap-bar restraints felt comfortable and provided a great sense of freedom. The first drop delivered some of the best floater airtime I have experienced on any roller coaster, and the rest of the ride continued with hill after hill of smooth, sustained airtime. It also offered beautiful views of the lagoon, the park, and the Orlando skyline. Despite being one of the park's most popular coasters, the wait was surprisingly short. Pipeline was one of the most unique roller coaster experiences I have ever had. Although it is a stand-up coaster, it is designed to simulate the feeling of surfing, making it unlike any other ride in the park. The launch was quick and powerful, and there were several great moments of stand-up airtime that added to the sensation. The queue was fairly long, and with very little shade it felt even longer than it actually was. Even so, the ride was well worth the wait for such a unique experience. The food was decent and noticeably better than what I had at Universal. While it was still expensive, the prices felt fair for a theme park, and the overall quality was good. Overall, I would definitely recommend visiting SeaWorld Orlando if you are ever in the Orlando area. The combination of exciting roller coasters, entertaining animal shows, and immersive exhibits made for a memorable experience. Whether you are a thrill-seeker, an animal lover, or both, the park has something for everyone.
