I don’t even know where to start. While the park itself is great, the retail experience completely ruined our visit. The employees in the retail stores seem poorly trained and lack even the most basic customer service skills. Unfortunately, this alone is enough to make us never want to return with our family. Our worst experience was at the store near Lakeside. The employee named Tonya was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant, and after purchasing a neck fan, we opened it right in front of her. As soon as we turned it on, it smelled like it was burning and made loud, unusual noises. Instead of helping us, she immediately accused us of breaking it and refused to exchange it or issue a refund. She spoke to us in a very rude and dismissive way, showing no empathy or professionalism. We’ve visited many theme parks, and the level of customer service at Universal Orlando is on a completely different level. Sadly, our experience at SeaWorld was a huge disappointment. Because of the way we were treated, we will not be coming back. I hope SeaWorld invests in better customer service training, because no guest should be treated this way

The wait line for every ride was long. The experiences viewing the mammals were better. I’d advise buy tickets in advance , wear sneakers and drink plenty of water. & if you’re patience to wait in line for rides, go ahead for the little ones, I wouldn’t advise it. But overall, had a good time.
