Leaving a review as a platinum pass member and only after my 3rd visit. Pros 1. Fun for family with wide variety of ages 2. Cheaper than other parks. 3. Exclusive entrance to park for platinum pass holders. Time saver. 4. Lounge available for pass holders. Has free drinks. Quiet, Climate controlled space to rest and reset. 5. Platinum pass holder is worth it if you will visit the park at least three times in the year. 6. I thought the shows were good. Love that they have an indoor show where you can cool off and reset from the heat. Cons 1. Says the park is open at 9 but it’s 9:12 and they still haven’t open the parking booths. 2. Says the park is open at 9 but you can be in the park by 9:45 and they won’t let you in a whole area of the park because they are not open yet. This seems to vary by season. As other days we would visit and it was different. 3. Food is pricey but quality is sub par (used the all day dining pass) pictured is the 18$ burger. 4. As a platinum pass member you really have to be verbal/assertive about your pass and reach out to ask/redeem for the benefits. The acknowledgment and treatment you get doesn’t seem all that special sometimes because of this. 5. Some Workers don’t speak english very well 6. Workers don’t seem to care which results in poor and slow service Edit: 5th visit to the park and another con to add. Visitors beware! There are Seaworld uniformed employees near the vacation stands trying to suck people into what sounds like a 2 hour timeshare presentation the next day. I was caught off guard by this so much and this puts a bad taste in my mouth as they wasted about 20 minutes of our time. They approached us with the phrase “would you like to enter a raffle to win a prize”

Seven Seas Tour is great as a season pass holder. You receive a sample voucher and / or a discount. The concert series had some great performers. There's so much to do that I am happy we have season passes, so we don't feel rushed to experience everything in one day. The Glacier Penguin experience is definitely cold, so you have been warned. The Seasam Street park for kids is definitely a great add on to the park my girls loved it

Very disappointed. General parking $40. Park opened at 10 am, but the back part of the park didn't open until 11 am. The food was terrible and super expensive. We paid for the meal plan, and it covered the entree, side, dessert, and drinks (all mostly sugared). There were no options for snacks in the middle of the day Eg, bottled water or an ice cream pop. Every 90 min food is a joke. Food didn't open till 11:30 and closed at 6. (With no previous notice of hours) When we went to get our dinner at 5pm at Expedition Cafe, they were out of most of the choices, and what they did have was terrible. Rollercoasters were wild and fun, but after waiting over an hour on line for two of the rides, they stopped working as we were just reaching the ride. More waisted time. The employees were all very helpful, courteous and friendly. The Aquarium and penguins were great, whale, sea lion, and dolphin shows were great. This is what they do best.
