Fun to see the animals and they have added lots of rides since I went years ago. However during my time there there really weren't a lot of shows to see. They were to spread out and not many on that day. It is the end of April so. Maybe they add more show times with the animals during summer hours.

Our last 10 trips were a joy. This time was not. The front desk wasn't able to understand my polite requests to buy tickets and actually took my pass and threw it away! I asked for it back, she said no. Nonetheless I was polite and kind to her and purchased additional tickets because I didnt want to ruin our vacation. Later, It made my child cry when other children had to sit in the blazing sun because they didn't have the premium pass. I had difficulty explaining why that would be. He wanted to give up his seat. Other people were mad too. I simply don't understand. I hope these issues can be fixed because this park has amazing coasters and is truly beautiful. Despite this, I do recommend SeaWorld for those reasons and hope they hire workers with compassion

Seaworld used to be a great place to visit. However, recently my wife and I visited on a vacation we only take once a year. This was a mistake. 3 rides were closed for majority of the day, as well as a restaurant we had plans to eat at. In the past decade we have written a letter to any park that had inconveniences to this extreme. In which I can confirm universal as well as disney gave a nice apology and even return tickets. I cannot say the same for seaworld. Not only did they not own up to their policy, but we also spent over $30 on a few drinks and a soggy $10 churro. Oh to top it off, they nearly never have ice, to the point where you'll have to walk miles to find a place that drops a few cubes into your cup. As the old saying goes: "you get what you pay for". This may not be true as with all the expenses we could've gone to universal studios for 3 days. Which we most certainly do next time. Do better seaworld. Sincerely, an avid theme park enthusiast
