We got the free food all day pass and it doesn't cover half the places to eat inside. Very misleading/deceptive. Most of the staff is rude They want to charge extra once you get inside for almost everything. Huge rip off. Oh yeah and the beer isn't even cold The food is mediocre at best Im still here, not by choice but I'll add more as the day goes on. Definitely will not come back and I'm glad I didn't pay for this

I was so upset about the orcas. They don't have enough room for all of them. Cruel.To those of you who haven't seen the show called Black fish. Watch it. You will change your mind on how the killer whales are treated. They have to many.

We spent whole day from 10-5 there and we still didn’t want to go out, was awesome! We got there just around 10 but there was already long lines uptown get in the parking. It took more than 30 minutes to get in. We already bought our tickets and we could manage to be on time for the first show which was Dolphin show. Make sure to check the shows plan for the day of your visit from the website not to miss any show. After that, it was Orca show, so exciting we wanted to go for the afternoon show again but we were busy doing the rids lol. Sea-lion show was good too, not as good as the first two shows though. In between the shows we visited Sharks Aquarium and penguins. By the time we finished visiting all the animals there was lines up fir rids and we were so tired that we could do only two rides. We got the tickets half price from Tripster website. This is a must do! We had an awesome day🙂
