I was very disappointed, went to SeaWorld years ago and was excited to go back. Very difficult to find paper map. They told you you had to go to guest services which had a long line. Then they want you to scan a barcode to do it on your phone. First barcode didn't work. Second one did. And that did work except when your phone shut down you had to reopen it and log back on again. Biggest this appointment was two things. One when you went to a show on one side of the park, the next show was on the other side of the park and it was like that all day. Their shows are very limited and what they do instead is try to sell you Private shows. On the app it will show you a free show and then a whole bunch of shows or whatever they call it that says book and you click on it and they're trying to sell you a more personal service starting at $60 and I seen one go up to $199 a person. Most of the workers were knowledgeable and friendly. Sometimes you had a look just to find one. They tried to explain to me how they space the shows out in time and no matter what they said it didn't work out that way. There was times in between where there was nothing really to look at after there for a little while they repeat it. Some of the same shows over. We ended up not even staying the whole day because you would have to wait an hour to see a new free different show that's supposed to be part of your admission. Just very disappointed from what it used to be. They seem too to gravitate towards their new roller coasters.
