The shows were great staff were pretty muted frowning on appearance besides the sesame Street characters they were very active and pleasant my biggest complaint was the food and drinks prices are outrageous 30+$ for 4 waters food wasn't great for the price

We went in 5/23 Friday we had free tickets and parking so figure we try. Arrived 9:30a getting in was busy but not to bad. For some reason dozen different schools were there with bunch of kids. The dolphin show was good. Multiple rides were closed. Penguins was closed. 10:40 tried artic rollercoaster 80 min wait already. We just left it was so hot out.

Extremely unethical. anyone visiting these type of parks or sea world in 2025 really needs to do sole research and educate themselves and their children that it is not right for animals to be kept in captivity. Please educate yourselves and save our planet!!! Only we can do save it!!!

Loved the real animal experiences, and cannot believe so many focus on rollercoasters instead. Had beautiful experiences with the manatees and watching dolphins playing with their Kong toy, feel privileged. The -1 star is for the insanity of $7 for a bottle of Diet Coke! The greed in these parks is out of control now, and thst feeling really takes away from the pleasure experience. But I would say, take your own food and drink and take time to see the animals, so many miss it. Excellent park, lovely ethos, friendly servers in the stores etc, a real highlight of our trip.

I was expecting more sea 🌊 things. No shade and they charge you for everything. Paid $25 for a refill cup and none of the drink stations worked where I could refill. Just a money sucker.
