We booked for the sleepover educational field trip. At that time we had numerous problems even prior to us arriving: -the educational department’s phone lines were down for 2-3 weeks and no one notified us or responded to our emails during that period. It wasn’t until 3 days before our field trip where we received an email. * false advertisement * the park was told we have high schoolers when i specifically stated we have pre-k students so they didn’t have activities for us to do * we were told there were showers and there wasn’t—not even paper towels in the bathrooms * staff had attitudes * food served was not fresh and hot, it had been sitting for hours * venue we were in was not completely clean * it was freezing cold in the venue * we did not go into the park due to everyone being highly upset and disappointed * we were woken up at 6am and didn’t eat for 2 hours—we have 4/5 year olds, they can’t go without eating.

If you have a handicap child do not bother coming here they discriminate against you especially if you are missing a limb. My son is an amputee rbka and since he is missing a quarter of his leg they had to strap him down with a harness on any ride that he wanted to ride he only rode one because he said that it felt like it was choking him. They do not have limitations per disability they just limited every disabled person and that is not fair especially for kids who are just trying to have a fun time like any other child there.

Great place for the kids. Need more organization though and little more workers for them. Those all dine in restaurants need more workers. Long, long line. But clean everywhere but really glad to see clean living for the animals. We'll come back.

Not impressed. Penguin Artic closed, 2 options for sea lions/although 3 times advertised. Orcas closed. Parking line had one operator for two lanes, very slow. Rented a stroller, the shade canopy would not stay open - tried to return for a different and the attendant said they're all like that, they are just old! out of appx 8 stalls in entrance bathrooms, 6 were out of order/unusable. No free water bottle refill stations -- Only show was Dolphins-good, not very long. More like a carnival atmosphere than a Sea theme throughout the park, and the piped in music was very loud. Disappointed I didn't see much sea life. Don't have to go back. Whole lot of money, little Sea life experience

They can do so much better, with no information about when the last ride is for each attraction on their mobile app or anywhere but just at the ride entrance. Also, there is no proper signage at junctions.

Mixed feelings about this review Park had few people around to help Signs were so confusing One sign had ride you were headed to then next sign didn’t so you thought you passed it up but next sign had it again Food was eh Staff wasn’t helpful except for 3 exceptional people Most staff members were almost rude or non interested I had a great experience with Christian on Infinity Falls He went above and beyond to help me So did Scott on same ride Shelby at a small store She was so sweet and informative Then there was the nightmare of getting out of the parking lot Dead stopped traffic for 20 minutes We didn’t move No We noticed a few cars go to the side and yes there was and escape route!!! Wow! 60 years and dead stopped traffic! They need new management and new employees Animals were amazing Employees at restaurant right by Infinity falls especially the women in office was rude Line for ride Atlantis had No employee at beginning of ride If they had and I knew how long the wait was I would never would have stayed in the line I was in an Evc and I was freaking out Unbelievable

I can understand why the tickets are expensive there is ton of things to do in this park. With lots of roller coasters and a variety of food you can't beat the price. However I do think the ez cruise line pass is to over priced at 80.00

The good...animal encounters, ride wait times, exhibits The bad...very expensive parking and very expensive less than average food. I lost my prescription glasses and the staff all told me something different about lost and found. And we never got half our pictures that we paid for on the photo key We will be returning for more animal encounters though
