They honored the 50% off for veterans. It was really cool to see the different sea life there and the underwater sight opportunities. However, the place was honestly depressing for sea life in my opinion. The places where the animals are kept and shown off are so sad, all concrete.. fake coral, fake rocks, fake everything. I’m not a “save the fish” type person but it was just really sad seeing where they are forced to circle all day. There were good things like friendly staff and nice shops, but if you are coming to see the animals it’s better to just go to a real aquarium.

Loved the shows! The dolphins 🐬 and orcas are amazing! It's a great place to go with your family if you love sea animals. They also have roller coasters and rides as well.

We enjoyed the shows on the day we visited. We would have liked to have enjoyed the rides and other park attractions as well, but SeaWorld allowed dozens and dozens of school field trip groups to all be there at the same time, on the same day. We witnessed unruly groups cutting in line, abusing the quick que lines, yelling and carry on in a rude manner while in the lines. It made our day there very unenjoyable. Why not close to the general public for your field trip days? We were on vacation from 18 hours away and this will be the impression of SeaWorld we remember. This was our first and most likely last trip to your park.

Waste of money. Disgusting, dirty and rude workers. No wonder you have a reputation for being Disney’s ugly step sister. Registers weren’t working to buy food for sharks, bathrooms were dirty, a majority of stalls closed, food on the ground where you get tickets, it’s honestly a mess, everywhere you went you offer AAA discounts, not military. Raised parking prices on Memorial Day (attendant told us) and it’s a shame on a military holiday with no compensation or pass for military members. It’s more expensive to get strollers ($50) and parking ($40) than Disney - probably need to rethink this! Will Not return.

Visited on Memorial Day 2025. Upon arrival, I was charged $40 for parking. I presented my Military ID to the attendant, expecting a possible discount or waiver, but was told that the fee still applied. When I mentioned that parking at Disney was more affordable, the attendant responded, "We raised the prices for the holiday," which was quite surprising. At the ticket counter, the representative named Yyesha initially seemed unfamiliar with military ticket options and was not particularly courteous. However, her demeanor did improve by the end of the interaction. A sign at the counter says “NO CASH”, and then on the card reader it tells you that there is a 5% surcharge for using credit cards. (Very Clever SeaWorld). Unfortunately, the park itself was not well-maintained—bathrooms were in poor condition and trash was scattered throughout the grounds. The only notably positive experience was with a friendly staff member promoting Wyndham vacations. Overall, I would not recommend visiting based on this experience.

I’ve been calling and emailing seaworld for a while now and someone refuses to speak to me I paid for my kids to do the dolphin encounter And they wouldn’t allow my 5 year old in because you have to be 6 years or older But I witnessed the trainers say to at least 4 other families that had two year olds, infants and even a teenager into the encounter without paying for it!!! I’m appalled I want a call from a supervisor.
