Visited SeaWorld Orlando on May 20, 2025, with a group of 7. What was supposed to be a fun family outing turned into a chaotic, unsafe, and deeply disappointing experience. From the moment we entered, the grounds were noticeably dirty, with trash in several areas and no visible staff to offer assistance or directions. There were no clear maps or signs, so navigating the park felt like stumbling through a maze, completely on our own. The dolphin pool was heartbreaking. The water was murky, and the animals looked lethargic and visibly unwell, it felt like we were witnessing them die slowly in a neglected enclosure. It was more tragic than educational or entertaining. Three major attractions were closed, Antarctica, Empire of the Penguin, Sky Tower, and Journey to Atlantis, with zero prior notice or explanation. On top of that, Infinity Falls stopped twice while we were in line, blamed vaguely on "maintenance." Maintenance of what, exactly? The worst moment came at Manta. At the very end of the ride, the coaster stopped with us hanging face down for TEN MINUTES. We were suspended, crushing into the restraints, unable to breathe properly, and watching as children and seniors in our group started to panic and feel faint. Not a single staff member came to check on us. No apology. No explanation. No offer of medical attention. Just a horrifying silence as they eventually let us off and left us to collect ourselves, shaken, dizzy, and angry. Even basic amenities were lacking. The "free" water fountains smelled and tasted like irrigation runoff undrinkable and possibly unsafe. It’s shocking that a park charging premium prices has the worst water of any public place I’ve been to. There is no visible staff presence, zero customer support. It's alarming. Having visited many parks in Orlando, I can honestly say SeaWorld is the worst of them all, a crumbling shadow of what it once might have been. Restrooms are clean. I wouldn't recommend this park to anyone. Not safe, not clean, and certainly not worth the money. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and go elsewhere.

Mako crew just absolutely kills it. SEND IT!!! In all seriousness, this spot is absolutely worth a visit if you like coasters. There is an excellent variety of high thrill coasters like Mako and Kraken, in addition to mid to low level thrill coasters/rides like Penguin Trek and Icebreaker. IMO, if you are in Orlando and actually want to primarily ride rides during your trip, SeaWorld is WAY more bang for your buck than Disney or Universal.

I am not mich of an amusement park type of person, but myself and significant other partook in a day at Sea World. The entrance to pay for parking (regular was about $42) was swift, on to finding a space; found one in under 5 minutes and not mich of a bad walk from parking to gates. We purchased before we got there, so that went fairly quickly and smoothly. (PLEASE PURCHASE BEFOREHAND TO AVOID LINES AND LONG WAITS) We made it into the park and saw a few encounters; my significant other enjoyed every bit of it. We did view only the Orca Whales, which was the best part for me. We got on one ride; infinity falls, I believe that's the name. That was very refreshing; prepare to be soaked. Plan to get on this last as you will be soaked for some time before the next ride - they have dryers; $6 a dry session, and last about 5 mins. They have plenty of seating to take a break and lots of food options. There is a coffee stand there that had the BEST donut I have ever had and also a Chick-fil-A, which was closed because it was Sunday. Overall, I give this place a 3. The parking fee is a bit steep.

We went on Memorial Day and it was great. Got to ride all the roller coasters except for one which was Infinity Falls. All rides were open surprisingly. We got there around 10:20AM. My favorite roller coaster here would be the Mako! I love how my hands are free. Worst ride in my opinion is Manta..I hate being on my belly.

This park is not one of the places that only want your money! This is the most accommodating park ever! Wait times are low! When problem arise they will find a solution. We were in a wait queue and had lunch reservation and the amazing Luvanna gave us fast passes for one ride to be able to make the lunch in time! I highly recommend this place!
