Did not know the penguin exhibit was only for season pass holders. They are, for the most part, veteran friendly. Not the whole park, but as far as the tickets are concerned. The staff are certainly more concerned with rules than with your interest in fun. It seemed more like herding cattle than anything else. It was NOT what I remembered at all. It used to be fun. Not anymore!

I called the customer service line to update my credit card information and Antonio was very helpful and attentive to helping me do so. The line disconnected before I could take the survey but would like to give him praise for his assistance thank you!

I have been to SeaWorld with my daughter and we had a great day there. Compared to the other bus parks (Universal, Disney) I think the price-performance ratio is much better here. We also liked the combination of roller coasters with the possibility to see lots of sea life (Orcas and Dolphins included). Would definitely recommend a visit for all lovers of theme parks and animals.

My youngest had a great time. Spent most of the day in Sesame Street and watching the shows. Get the all you can eat. Arrive early.

SeaWorld's Locker Fees: A Rip-Off SeaWorld's mandatory locker rentals for rides are a blatant cash grab. After paying hefty admission and parking, being forced to pay extra just to store a bag feels exploitative. This constant nickel-and-diming adds stress and detracts from the fun. Many other parks offer free storage options; SeaWorld should follow suit instead of turning every ride into another transaction. It's a disappointing policy that makes guests feel like dollar signs, not valued visitors.
