So, on June 14th, 2025 I took my two youngest kids here and had one of the most beautiful summers ever … until Here’s the story, me as dad don’t get on many rides besides water rides but my kids talked and begged me to get on Ice Breaker so I agreed and we with together. Soon as we get on the ride and it starts it gets stuck before even taking off fully. We were stuck in the burning sun for about 20 as the ride stalled but the worst part was the way SeaWorld staff handled the situation. This could have been a much better experience if they would have at lease told us what was going on and tried to calm everyone down but I believe their mishandling of the situation made things even worst than it needed to be. Everyone started screaming and a man in the back started yelling about his leg being trapped. Before this event, I would have gave this trip a 5 star. When they finally came to manually remove us from our seats they still didn’t say much and just closed the ride down for the day. No apologies, no concession for having us burning in the sun. Just let us go just like that. This was a horrible experience and even worst for me because I am already fearful of rides. SeaWorld needs to make this right with me somehow. This is such a shame because I was planning on coming back there before the summer is out but this experience has giving me ptsd. Be careful everyone riding these rides because their still man made/ installed and anything anything can happen.

A beautiful park. The dolphin, sea lion and orca shows were perfect. The attractions are also great. So two were out of order on our day, but it didn't matter, we visited other attractions all the more times. The waiting time was not bad, it usually went quite quickly. Within 15 minutes. I only give a bad rating to a confusing application. Otherwise a great day.

Great field trip. Only downfall is they book so many schools at once so the lines are long and the kids are antsy

It never gets old. To be able to see such spectacular creatures. The roller coasters are exciting, and the shows are fun. I've loved Seaworld for years. As a pass member, I get free parking and so many perks. No matter where you dine, it's yummy! As Florians, it's a must for us.

I would recommend SeaWorld to anyone who loves to learn about animals and conservation. It does require a lot of walking so be prepared with comfortable shoes. Also if you go in the summer months bring a fan, sun hat and sunglasses, while there is shady areas there is also a lot of unshaded you’ll have to walk through. If you attend the dolphin and orca shows plan to get to the stadiums early to get shaded seats. We did the orca lunch and if you can afford it, it is well worth it. The food was great, the service was great and seeing the orcas up close was amazing. Be prepared with questions for the trainers following lunch! They love to talk and educate people on the orcas! My daughter loved learning about them and talking with the trainers.
