The customer service was terrible, the ticket staff spoke in a very rude tone and make it seem like she wanted us to get out, plus when you pay for a refillable cup at the refill fountain there’s bees everywhere making it almost impossible to fill along with that the ice and some drinks were always out. Finally when you go on the rides staff rarely ever help you, they just tell you to get on without helping you or giving you instructions. Overall not worth the ticket price please skip this place if you value your time and money.

I will not be coming back. Horrible experience. First off I am an annual pass holder, I pay monthly for seaworld and aquatica visits and so does my husband. When I drove to Seaworld this weekend and tried to park they told me it would be a 40$ parking fee… that’s more than what we pay monthly for the pass!!! We went about our day and when exiting the park in our Tesla we went forward past the exit and when let off the brake the car slowly rolled backwards. (this happens with electric vehicles that have no engine to torc) I guess seaworld puts spike strips at the exit sign when you exit to deflate your tires? LIKE WHO DOES THAT? We went an inch backwards and heard a pop noise and sure enough there were spikes laid out at the exit that pop your tires! We caught a flat before going on the interstate. Costed us 400$ plus the parking fee. Very expensive and frustrating day!!! They need to warn people about this and put stop lights out or something because that’s ridiculous and very unsafe!!!

Active military (and family up to 4) gets in free! We even got free return passes (for use within 7 days) from the experience booth. Super fun, worth the trip. Mostly everything is handicap accessible. Rentable manual wheelchairs available for $45 and electric wheelchairs available for $100

We had such a fun day at SeaWorld! When you spend so much time on the road and around the semi, it’s really nice to have a day where you can park the truck, get out and do something completely different. My favorite part was definitely the penguin exhibit. I could have stayed there forever — it was such a cool experience and easily one of the highlights of the day for me. Phillip’s favorite part was pretty much all of the rides, plus the alligators. We loved how much variety there is throughout the park between the animals, exhibits, rides and different areas to explore. It made for such a fun break from our normal routine and gave us a chance to actually enjoy the area instead of just passing through it. Definitely worth setting aside a full day for if you’re visiting. We had a great time and would absolutely go back.

Crowded to be expected on a Saturday. My only real gripe besides the outrageous food prices...almost every drink refill area was out of ice! It's over 100° FL summer, this is August we are talking about. You are going to want a COLD drink. Is there an ice shortage SeaWorld? I'm paying more than enough to get what is expected.
