Very bad experience with customer service, why do you all have a customer service number when no one actually attended calls? Why ? I waited almost 7hrs and it just kept saying someone will join. Are you guys so busy? If so please hire someone to increase the fleet! Imagine you have a reservation and you want to ask something on that... Who the hell should I reach out to? No response if you post query through your portal.... Man seriously. Who the hell is you web developer? Have you guys ever tested your systems?

First time to SeaWorld, the roller coasters are great! The Hulk was crazy, 7 loops, wicked fast! Ice Breaker was also awesome! The locker situation after visiting Universal the day before where they give out free lockers. SeaWorld does not offer the same, you have to pay for them. Upside they are transferable around the park. The all day dining plan is a good deal but limited to the places you can eat, and none of the places offer popcorn, pretzels or ice cream. I went with 4 kids and that would have been nice for a quick snack instead of waiting in long lines for our food. Stayed for the drone show and fireworks, that was worth it. The app would say 25min wait and you got to the ride and it would be 65 min, it was never accurate.

The park is kind of run-down, shows are super short and not very entertaining now, rides were okay, it’s very inconvenient that you have to rent lockers to put up your stuff before going into a ride, I believe that lockers should be free of charge.
