It's SeaWorld in Orlando. It's kept clean. All staff members are courteous. It definitely gets pack, is hot during the summer, and shuts down ride for lightning....much like every other theme park in the area. SeaWorld goes above and beyond and honors veterans each year with a set of 4 free entry tickets. This is why SeaWorld is the only theme park we visit. As soon as the park opens, they play the National Anthem and dang near all guest stop and pay respect to this great nation. What a place. The rides are great (Mako is my favorite) and the conservation effort that they promote through their exhibits and shows is a worth while cause. Well done SeaWorld.

It’s a great example for bad management. The price of the ticket sounds fair. However, when you enter the park, it feels like to pay ticket for big sales place. The whole park is filled with shops, restaurants and attractions require extra pay. It’s normal the theme park have these facilities, but it’s way more much here! The spirit of the park should be no pay no fun, you could feel it everywhere. Animals are okay. But for little ones, there are few attractions. I took my three years son here, and we played Elmo’s train. It’s almost the same size as the ones at shopping mall. Bad facilities. Restrooms are dirty. And as a family friendly park, there are even no change tables in the restrooms. The staff here looks busy and is not friendly. The overall experience is not good. I don’t think I will visit SeaWorld in the future.

While we love SeaWorld, unfortunately we feel a little ripped off, specifically we paid for quick que, the day was calling for early storms, some of the rides went well, on pretty quickly, however, some of the rides we were let in a different line and told to merge with other patrons when we got closer to the ride, on 1 ride the attendant just said you have to wait, no attempt to direct to quick que lane, very unorganized, the attendants seemed untrained and unaware of what to do or say, since we paid a lot for this it should have been right, sadly with the lack of organization we spent just as much time waiting as if we just stood in the regular line, im just saying if your gonna charge for this it should work, and a side note, it became a game for us to spot employees that looked the most unhappy, we lost count, sadly hospitality is no longer a thing

Free for military up to three guests which is great. The vibe is nice you can bring your own food and water and its overall low volume. It does get packed at some rides and shows but overall not bad.

A Day of Aquatic Wonders and Thrills! Our recent trip to SeaWorld was an absolute blast, offering a fantastic blend of exciting rides, captivating animal encounters, and impressive shows. It truly lived up to its reputation as a unique theme park experience. From the moment we walked in, the vibrant atmosphere was contagious. We loved how the park seamlessly integrates marine life exhibits with exhilarating attractions. The dolphi show was definitely a highlight, the dolphins performed incredible feats that were mesmerizing, and the educational messages about conservation were a thoughtful touch. It's clear the trainers have a deep bond with the animals, which was wonderful to witness. Beyond the shows, the rides delivered plenty of thrills. The Atlantis was refreshing but I wish the sound was on so we missed the experience with the story about the seahorse i was told about. The splash of the Atlantis was amazing. The park was clean and well-maintained, and the staff we encountered were generally friendly and helpful. We appreciated the various dining options, though theme park prices are to be expected. Overall, SeaWorld offers a truly memorable day out. It's a place where entertainment and education go hand-in-hand, leaving you with both a sense of wonder and a greater appreciation for marine life. We'd highly recommend it for families and anyone looking for a unique theme park adventure!

Such a disappointment. So few animals, need to pay a fortune for lockers to go on a ride you’ve already paid for. A far cry from a family friendly day out with hour long queues for food. All day dine refreshes every 90 mins but you’d need to start to queue as soon as you have eaten to be able to take advantage and the options are pretty terrible. Sad to say but I won’t ever bother going again. I can see why attendance is in massive decline.

Right out the parking gate, they swindle you for half a days worth of parking. Secondly the entrance employee was raving about how she can’t wait for it to rain later today, “ bring on the rain”. As we walk into our first ride, guess what? Rides closed due to weather. But here’s the kicker. They let people wait in line but don’t tell you why. I figured out the employees were primarily escorting a joke of a parade. Glad I was comped tickets, because I would never pay 192 a ticket myself.
