Merchandise and howloscream using ai on merch and in the houses is poor quality. Not to mention several signs being misspelled. Made me want to avoid all the merch and looked lazy and poor.

Horrible customer service. The manager, Jonathan, needs to seriously improve the way he handles customers. The staff was not helpful or welcoming, which made the experience very frustrating. Also, your hours need to be updated. The website states that the park is open from 9 AMโ12 AM, but when we arrived, that was not the case. Please make sure your hours are accurate so customers arenโt wasting their time making a trip based on incorrect information. Overall, the customer service and communication need major improvement. Better training and better staff would make a huge difference. Been a pass holder for sometime too. This experience 09/25/2026 was the worst.

This place is one of the worst attractions Iโve ever visited. The cost is absolutely ridiculous. $41 plus to park, $282 to get my wife, my son and myself into the park. $14 to rent a locker to put my pocket items into in order to ride the coaster. $30 for a drink, the list goes on and on. AVOID this place and spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.
