An incredible disappointment!! Parking alone is expensive, and required, so there is not choice, which is not made clear on the web site or ads. The ticket prices are crazy high, especially for what little the park offers. Expect to do a LOT of walking, without much to do or see. Although the dolphin & orca shows are spectacular, the ticket prices do not seem worth simply that. There are only 4 or 5 roller coasters - but NO OTHER RIDES. My husband & I do not do rides - we were expecting other exhibits. The exhibits are ok, but there are not many, and not at all what we expected, particularly for the price of tickets. We walked & walked, expecting more - certain there must be more... and we walked & walked & walked... there is NOT more. Shortly upon entering the park, half of the park is closed off for an hour or two, for some reason. Anyone with young children (we are two adults) cannot enter the Sesame Street park part until 10:00. Also, we were approached by someone trying to promote another business by offering us "a chance to win a cruise". We did not expect to be approached by a solicitor at the park, and did not appreciate the harassment. Seaworld certainly does wonderful things in caring for & rescuing marine life - but visiting is a total (and tremendous!!) waste of money. I truly wish we could get a refund or at least a partical refund!! I would highly suggest taking a good look at the park map for those considering a visit.

We had a really enjoyable day at SeaWorld Orlando, with some fantastic experiences, although a few areas could definitely be improved. The highlight was undoubtedly the Beluga Whale Up-Close Tour. What an incredible experience! We were able to touch and feed the belugas, watch them playing and interacting, and see them up close. At $129.99 per person for approximately 45 minutes, we thought it was excellent value. It exceeded our expectations by a long way, and we would recommend it without hesitation! The 3:30pm orca show was another highlight. Absolutely brilliant! Entertaining, engaging and great fun. Definitely something you shouldn’t miss. The park also has some excellent rides, with Ice Breaker being a particular favourite. We purchased Quick Queue Unlimited and certainly got our money’s worth, but the system needs improvement. Our passes were only scanned three times throughout the day, and the queues often merged with the regular lines without staff directing guests. Compared with Disney, the organisation felt quite messy. Unfortunately, cleanliness was another disappointment. We noticed rubbish around the park, and the toilets we used weren’t particularly clean. There also seemed to be a lack of staff around the park. Finding someone to ask a question was surprisingly difficult, and many of our interactions lacked the friendliness and enthusiasm we would normally expect. One final observation concerns the photography packages. We purchased photographs from our beluga encounter and were then offered a $70 package that included our ride photographs from throughout the day. Unfortunately, we had to remember approximately what time we’d been on each ride so the photographs could be located. Had we known about the package earlier, we would have noted the times or photographed the image numbers. Promoting this at the beginning of the day would make the whole process much easier for guests. Overall, the attractions and animal experiences were fantastic. The beluga encounter alone made our visit worthwhile, and the orca show was another unforgettable highlight. However, the cleanliness, queue management and general customer service didn’t quite match the standard of the experiences themselves. Would we return? Absolutely. There is so much to enjoy here, but with some improvements to the day-to-day operation, SeaWorld could offer an even better experience.

They do not cater to families with make a wish or the make a wish kid themselves. The only thing that was helped with was parking as we ran into a volunteer for give kids the world who is much better place for a experience. They knew my daughter was the wish kid and needed assistance or that we wanted to have my wife back there with us to take pictures yet said she'd have to get tickets as well just to be back there. I will say the dolphin trainer was better at being accommodating to help my daughter reach over to feed or pet the dolphin so applause to her wish I remembered her name

I lived in Central Florida for 40 years and I remember when Seaworld open. It was beautiful exciting clean and educational. I just went for a visit yesterday, September 2026. Bathrooms were dirty, the grounds were rundown, there was litter and the exhibits were underwhelming. In the stingray pool, there was plastic floating. I wanted to cry… The very thing they emphasize and try and educate the public on they weren’t even providing for the animals in captivity. I wish they would just shut down and work as a rehab center because the current state is discouraging
