if i could give this place no stars i would. how on earth are we still normalizing the captivity of these massive animals. its inhumane, abuse and it is wrong. all the whales have collapsed dorsal fins. how would you like to be held captive against your own will in a bath tub, having to perform show acts for others. it’s disgusting.

At the Orca show, a staff member refused to let us sit in disabled seat, even though we showed evidence. He's words were typical white English people. However some staff were friendly but I'd say 80% were apathetic Staff at eateries very rude, food not very nice apart pizza. All you can eat not worth it, it's far from all you can eat.
